Modern and effective production

ITA has during the recent years invested strongly in automation and taken in use a FM system and robotics. Robots can make in a flexible and effective way loading of machine tools and different kinds of finishing operations of work pieces. The FM system is equipped with several machine tools and robotised deburring. The FM system is capable of producing small repeated series in an efficient way.

Production with an accuracy of thousands of millimetres. In our quality control we have invested in a high accuracy 3D measuring laboratory with Zeiss Contura G2 measuring machine. The dimensions of the machine are X=1000, Y=1200, Z=600. In addition the machine is equipped with Contura G2 RDS measuring instrument which enables flexible measuring in different directions with one position.
